Born in Melbourne Australia, Adrian is quickly gaining recognition in India as a performer of considerable talent and experience. Adrian became a disciple of Pt. Ashok Roy, the renowned sarodiya, in 1980. Ashok Roy was the disciple of legendary Ustad Ali Akbar Khan. Bobby Singh was the disciple of the great Nikhil Ghosh and currently, Aneesh Pradhan. This album is dedicated to both their Guruji's and is a stunning export of kayal (or North Indian classical music) from Australian soil.
